Summary: This trail will challenge athletes as they prepare for their upcoming season. Focused on full body strengthening and conditioning to be sustained throughout their season.

Name/Instructions: 5 rounds goal/ 20 minutes/ NO REST *Using a DB as heavy as possible that you can control safely if using lightweight try to do more rounds in the given time.
-Goblet squat heels elevated (15)
-Walking lunges (15ES)
-Squat jumps with resis. band (12)
-Duckwalks with resis. band above the knee (10 EW)
-Burpees (12)
-Stepback row (8)
-Curtsy to reverse lunge (6R)
-Shoulder taps (20 ES)
-Bodyweight squats with the band above the knee (20)
-Standing alt. press to squat (5)
-Rev. leg lifts (10)
