Description:

Summary: This trail will challenge you and push you cardiovascular so that when it is time for you to go to preseason you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you. This will work on your endurance as well as your sprint speed.

Name/Instructions: Fast & Furious
perform at a track or turf is possible. Set up cone/marker at the 20 yd, 40 yd, 60 yd, and 100 yds.
Circuit:
-6x 100 yd sprints (max effort) with 2-minute rest between sets
-8x 60 sprints (max effort) with 1-minute rest between sets
-10x 40 yd sprints (max effort) with 50-second rest between sets
-14x 20 yd sprints (max effort) with 30-second rest between sets
