Summary:

Step 1

Injustice is something many of us can relate to.

At one time or another we've been bullied (or worse), taken advantage of, lied to, lied about, discriminated against, judged, misunderstood...the list goes on.

It happened. It felt ugly. It was ugly.

Now what do we do about it?

While there are many forms of injustice, these steps will guide you through a few of the most common ones.

To begin, head up to the video icon to see two clips from the movie, 'The Shawshank Redemption'.

There's a one-word clue in the first scene meant to show us how to move beyond injustice, focusing instead on the life we still have to live.

Tell us how the clips made you feel when you've finished.

Step 2

Hope. The foundation for life.

We think that Morgan Freeman's character, Red, was a little off when he said hope would be the death of a person. On the contrary, we think it would be death NOT to have hope.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, how would you rate your level of hope in general?

Step 3

That's enough of the heavy stuff to think about for now.

Your challenge today is to do something fun, something positive that makes you feel alive and free and hopeful.

Suggestions are:
*listen to songs that make you want to rock out
*dance like a maniac and sing as loud as you can
*go for a walk or hike
*text an encouraging friend
*buy yourself an ice cream - and buy one for the person standing behind you

What's your something fun?

Step 4

Before you exit, you need to be aware that 'Justice' runs for 21 days without breaks for weekends or holidays.
